ONLINE PRIVACY NOTICE
- Introduction.
- Web Site Owner. Cheap CE for Nurses, Inc. (“CE for Nurses”) is the owner of this web site (“CE for Nurses Web Site”). CE for Nurses can be contacted by email at cheapcefornurses@gmail.com This online privacy notice discloses CE for Nurses information practices for this CE for Nurses Web Site, including what type of personal identifiable information is requested in order to make a purchase, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared. Note that other CE for Nurses web sites may be governed by privacy notices containing different information practices applicable to those sites.
- Web Site Visits. CE for Nurses collects certain information from CE for Nurses Web Site visitors. This includes, but is not limited to, the home server domain name, e-mail address, type of computer and web browser, what pages visitor accessed, and limited information about search requests. In order to make a purchase and/or access designated subscriber services and/or restricted areas within the CE for Nurses Web site, CE for Nurses will request a user to provide certain personal identifying information, which may include: name, postal address, e-mail address, screen name, password, telephone number, facsimile number, method of payment, and, if applicable, credit card number. CE for Nurses may request additional information necessary to establish and maintain customer’s account.

Customer should be aware that it is CE for Nurses’ practice to monitor, and in some cases record such calls for staff training or quality assurance purposes.
- Information from Children. CE for Nurses does not collect or maintain information from users actually known to be under the age of 13, and no part of CE for Nurses’ Web sites are structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.
- Lost or Stolen Information. If a customer’s credit card is lost or stolen, the customer should promptly notify CE for Nurses in order to enable CE for Nurses to cancel the lost or stolen information and to update its records with a changed credit card.
- Chat Rooms, Forums and Bulletin Boards. If customer participates in an CE for Nurses chat room, discussion forum, or posts messages to an CE for Nurses bulletin board, customer should be aware that the information disclosed and shared will be broadly available to other persons, both inside of and/or outside CE for Nurses, who have access to that chat room, forum or bulletin board. Some individual CE for Nurses chat rooms, forums or bulletin boards have additional rules and conditions regarding participation. Also, a participant’s expressed opinion is his or her own and should not be considered as reflecting the opinion of CE for Nurses.
- Links to Other Web Sites. An CE for Nurses Web site may contain links to other web sites. CE for Nurses is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other Web sites.
- Data Security and Retention
- Security Measures: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, and misuse. We abide by all laws under Wyoming law with respect to security including, but not limited to 40-12-502.
- Data Retention: We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We will securely delete or anonymize your personal information when it is no longer needed.
- Uses Made of the Information.
- Limited Uses Identified. Without customer’s prior consent, CE for Nurses will not use your personal identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. CE for Nurses uses personal identifiable information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices and in program record-keeping. CE for Nurses also processes billing and business requests related to CE for Nurses Web Site participation.
- Marketing Uses. Unless customer marks an “x” on the opt-out option box herein provided, CE for Nurses reserves the right to provide customer with information about CE for Nurses’ Web site, CE for Nurses products and services, and related information in which customer has indicated an interest.
- Stored Information Uses. CE for Nurses stores and retains the information provided by customer. Stored information is used by CE for Nurses and CE for Nurses agents: to support customer interaction with the CE for Nurses Web site; to deliver customer purchases; and/or to contact customer again about other CE for Nurses services and products.
- Online Advertising. Some companies that help CE for Nurses deliver interactive on-line advertising, such as banner ads, may collect and use information about CE for Nurses’ customers to help CE for Nurses better understand the types of advertising or promotions that are most appealing to CE for Nurses’ customers. After it is collected the information is aggregated so it is not identifiable to a specific individual. If, however, customer would prefer that these companies not collect such information, please mark an “x” on the opt-out option box herein provided.
- Disclosure of the Information.
- Mergers and Acquisitions. Circumstances may arise where for business reasons, CE for Nurses decides to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize its businesses in the United States or some other country. Such a transaction may involve the disclosure of personal identifying information to prospective or actual purchasers, and/or receiving such information from sellers. It is CE for Nurses’ practice to seek appropriate protection for information in these types of transactions.
- Agents. CE for Nurses employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on behalf of CE for Nurses. These persons are provided with personal identifying information required to perform their functions, but are prohibited by contract from using the information for other purposes. These persons engage in a variety of functions which include, but are not limited to, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer services.
- Marketing Analysis by Third Parties. CE for Nurses reserves the right to disclose to third parties personal information about customers for marketing analysis; however, any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify an individual customer.
- Disclosure to Governmental Authorities. Under certain circumstances, personal information may be subject to disclosure pursuant to a judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants or orders.
- Data Retention
- We retain Covered Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The retention periods for specific types of Covered Information are as follows:
a) Account information: Retained for the duration of your account plus 2 years after account closure
b) Transaction data: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
c) Marketing preferences: Retained until you opt-out or request deletion
d) Website usage data: Retained for 2 years in an aggregated formatAfter the retention period expires, we securely delete or anonymize the Covered Information.
- We retain Covered Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The retention periods for specific types of Covered Information are as follows:
- Use of Computer Tracking Technologies.
- No Tracking of Personal Information. CE for Nurses’ Web Site(s) are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Through web site access logs CE for Nurses does collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements, which generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff for research and development, user analysis and business decision making, all of which provides better services to the public. The statistics garnered, which contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information, may also be provided to third parties.
- Use of Cookies. CE for Nurses, or its third-party vendors, collects non-identifiable and personal information through the use of various technologies, including “cookies.” A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier that a Web site can transfer to customer’s hard drive through customer’s browser. The cookie is then stored on customer’s computer as an anonymous tag that identifies the customer’s computer, but not the customer. Cookies may be sent by CE for Nurses or its third-party vendors. Customer can set its browser to notify customer before a cookie is received, giving an opportunity to decide whether to accept the cookie. Customer may also set its browser to turn off cookies; however, some Web sites may not then work properly.
- Use of Web Beacon Technologies. CE for Nurses may also use Web beacon or other technologies to better tailor its Web site(s) to provide better customer service. If these technologies are in use, when a visitor accesses these pages of the Web site, a non-identifiable notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by CE for Nurses or by its suppliers. Web beacons usually work in conjunction with cookies. If customer does not want cookie information to be associated with customer’s visits to these pages, customer can set its browser to turn off cookies; however, Web beacon and other technologies will still detect visits to these pages, but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other non-identifiable cookie information and are disregarded.
- Collection of Non-Identifiable Information. CE for Nurses may collect non-identifiable information from user visits to the CE for Nurses Web site(s) in order to provide better customer service. Examples of such collecting include: traffic analysis, such as tracking of the domains from which users visit, or tracking numbers of visitors; measuring visitor activity on CE for Nurses Web site(s); Web site and system administration; user analysis; and business decision making. Such information is sometimes known as “clickstream data.” CE for Nurses or its contractors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics.
- Collection of Personal Information. CE for Nurses collects personal identifying information from customer during a transaction. CE for Nurses may extract some personally identifying information about that transaction in a non-identifiable format and combine it with other non-identifiable information, such as clickstream data. This information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate level (not at an individual level) to help CE for Nurses understand trends and patterns. This information is not reviewed at an individual level.
- Information Security.
- We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some user data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Please see the Stripe Privacy Policy for more details. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its users happens over an SSL secured communication channel.
- No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. CE for Nurses will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of customer personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, CE for Nurses shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of CE for Nurses including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of CE for Nurses staff and third parties.
- Privacy Policy Changes and Opt-Out Rights.
- Changes to Privacy Policy. This privacy notice was last updated on February 16, 2024. CE for Nurses reserves the right to change its privacy policy statement at any time. A notice of any material change will be posted on the CE for Nurses Web site home page for thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of such change. There are two boxes at the end of CE for Nurses’ notice of change: (1) an “I accept” box, and (2) an “I do not accept” box. If customer does not mark the “I do not accept” box, customer will be deemed to have accepted CE for Nurses’ privacy policy updates.
- Opt-Out Right. Customer has the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used or disclosed by CE for Nurses and/or by any third parties with whom CE for Nurses has shared and/or transferred such personal information. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting CE for Nurses via e-mail at , telephone or postal mail. After processing the cancellation, CE for Nurses will delete customer or prospective customer’s personal information from its data base.
- Access Rights to Data.
- Information Maintained by CE for Nurses. Upon customer’s request, CE for Nurses will provide a reasonable description of customer’s personally identifiable information that CE for Nurses maintains in its data bank. CE for Nurses can be contacted by email at cheapcefornurses@gmail.com.
- Corrections and Changes to Personal Information. Help CE for Nurses to keep customer personal information accurate. If customer’s personal information changes, or if customer notes an error upon review of customer information that CE for Nurses has on file, please promptly e-mail CE for Nurses at and provide the new or correct information.
- Accountability.
- Questions, Problems and Complaints. If you have a question about this policy statement, or a complaint about CE for Nurses compliance with this privacy policy, you may contact CE for Nurses by email at cheapcefornurses@gmail.com If CE for Nurses is unable to resolve your complaint to your reasonable satisfaction or if customer does not receive acknowledgment of an inquiry, customer may elect to proceed by contacting .
- Terms of Use. If customer chooses to enter into a purchase order or to subscribe to CE for Nurses’ services, customer’s action is hereby deemed acceptance of CE for Nurses practices described in this policy statement. Any dispute over privacy between customer and CE for Nurses is subject to the provisions of this notice and to CE for Nurses’ Agreement which is hereby incorporated herein.
