Washington State Nursing Continuing Education Requirements
- RN Requirements
- 8 hours of continuing education every year, including:
- 6 hours on suicide prevention once every 6 years.
- Health Equity 2 contact hours.
- LPN Requirements
- 30 hours of continuing education every two years, or:
- 15 hours plus 640 active practice hours.
- 6 hours on suicide prevention once every 6 years.
- Health Equity 2 contact hours.
